iPhone’s panoramic photo stitcher $2.99 “Pano” by Debacle Software; after taking first picture, Pano asks if you want to keep it (keep or shoot another) shows right-part of previous, translucent picture overlap to align the next shot (which forces you to shoot from left to right), then after taking pics (this one took about six), Pano stitches them together and puts it into the album.  It doesn’t save the individual parts…maybe a future release, but not biggie unless you wanted to make adjustments.

The biggest difference between the first generation iPhone and the 3G model is the 3G network accessibility. With the first generation, if there wasn’t a wifi network connection, often, sites and other network connections timed-out. It was just a slow event. Now, with the 3G, it’s like having wifi all the time, although I do know it is slower than wifi, so that is taken into consideration, but it is a big difference. I also upped to the 16GB RAM model. Wow, I don’t know what to do with the extra space (I sync both phones identically, sort of, so I can try a few things.)
