I couldn&#8217;t find traditional help avenues at Facebook: support@facebook.com (no bounce, and no reply, either); or through two fax attempts to numbers (650) 543-4800 and (650) 543-4801. Both do not work. How do you get FB to answer their user&#8217;s questions?
