Bad URLs in your HTML code prevented the banner from loading successfully.

You can get this error if you published a banner on your disk and then uploaded the banner files manually, or with your web site editor. Chances are that either your HTML code or banner file (bz.js) still make reference to content that is on your disk.

I went to Dreamhost ( http://tinyurl.com/dxk9sg ) for 98% of my hosting and email needs after I shutdown my home network (web, email, streaming, newsgroup servers and misc. sandbox stuff) connected to Megapath via a T1 through Covad over AT&T infrastructure back in 2003.  Oooh, that bedroom was toasty!

Twitter.com support…weeks instead of hours.

This is the status of my ticket with Twitter.com…

Eight days BEFORE assigning the ticket to an customer support analyst/agent is ludicrous.  Imagine if they had the agents answering phones and the automatic call distribution (ACD) system kept looping with “Awaiting the next available agent.  Your wait time is…8 days!”
