I’m squeezing a 15k maintenance at dealersip before work…can’t confuse them with Speedy Lube for oil changes! I stopped in and didn’t want to wait nearly an hour turnaround for am oil change, but when I drove away, I reconsidered and came back watching the staff smiling and chuckling. Hey, I needed the few minutes to make the best decision.

 Maybe, next time, Speedy Lube during lunch.

In my apartment, workers replaced all the windows.  So, I setup the free Skype with two accounts, and at home, logged in and set it to auto-answer and turn on my webcam.  I also turned off my monitors and speakers.  At work, I just logged in with my other account and watched and listened to the room!

I pay my water bill through NPW Services Corp…My account has my old number.  I click on “Update My Info”, and although my cursor (in Safari and Firefox…nope, I won’t check with IE) becomes an insert cursor in the field for my telephone number, I can’t modify the entry.  At the bottom of the page, there is text stating “…contact your Community Manager to update the information…”.  

WHY?  

1. No, why have a link and page called Update My Info if you can’t?  
2. Why have fields if you can’t change the data?
   

Oh, let me throw one from work:  Why, after submitting info, do you put the error on the page and near the top instead of a pop-up or similar method to get the user’s attention that there’s an error?
