Bad URLs in your HTML code prevented the banner from loading successfully.

You can get this error if you published a banner on your disk and then uploaded the banner files manually, or with your web site editor. Chances are that either your HTML code or banner file (bz.js) still make reference to content that is on your disk.

Facebook doesn’t have staff supporting its users! UG!

I work for a well-known city, and we have created a site on/in their ‘web 2.0′ application.  But, it appears we have two accounts, and I can’t figure out how to and when putting this issue in their forum, I find others with similar situations waiting for a the resolution.

I just told my boss that I want to take the mayor with me to their offices to get help!

FRUSTRATING TO NO END!
