FIA Card Services (Now owned by Bank of America?) has delivered this page to me for several weeks when I want to view my statement. Since they don’t offer an email address to contact them or a fax number, I can’t get this to them except by actually calling their customer support which takes five to 10 minutes, and industry standard. An email address or fax number is faster, for me, and I would not have to go through the agent’s training of the three steps of authentication…name, account number, and “Where were you born” or “What is your mother’s maiden name?” Remember when the routine was that you had to have a postmaster email account (and others may remember or think they did, that you needed to have someone checking the root account’s email address!
