eBay Genie, a passive secret shopper as you search the ‘net
Posted in Computing on the 'Net on December 7th, 2007A friend tells me…… eBay went out to talk to a group that is successful at marketing and MLM development…One of their sites is http://www.msgjoinnow.com/ which is basically (as I understand it from this person who really isn’t technically inclinded!) an affilliate program where you get a person to go to a website to download  what sounds like a browser plug-in that searches eBay when you do a search.  If they buy, you get a percentage, blah-blah-blah.According to the MSGJOINNOW.COM site is that it only works with PCs that have the .NET framework installed!!!  YIKES!!!   When I heard the methodology, I initially though JAVA, and now, I dunno, but neat idea/concept.
